Screening

What you will need......Photo ID and proof of monthly income. We are looking for 3 times the rent in NET income.  Example: Rent is $1000 per month, you will need to have $3000 per month in take home pay.  

Monthly income can be your last 4 weeks of paystubs, social security  or disability letters, court ordered alimony or child support documents, cash assistance and food stamps.  Need to have a rental history and work history of 2 years. Absolutely NO evictions, Landlord Tenant complaints or Felonies in the past 5 years. A Landlord Tenant complaint means your Landlord had to take you to court for either unpaid rent or for not following the lease. EVERYONE over 18  MUST fill out a rental application and sign the lease.
